VetPD – Veterinary Professional Development is a global provider of veterinary continuing education ([login to view URL]) that specializes in online learning and practical on-location courses for equine and small animal veterinarians across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia-Pacific. We are looking for an experienced website administrator who shows initiative, is reliable and flexible. Main Purposes: Web content management – Daily up-dating and maintaining of the VetPD website with new information and offerings based on the daily provision of written and visual content, taking functionality, appearance and performance into account. The VetPD website has been written specifically for us (so it is NOT WordPress or anything like that) and access to the admin center will be provided. Project Responsibilities: • Daily website maintenance & updating in a timely fashion: o Adding new offerings/events to VetPD’s Online Learning Center and on-location courses website section o Administering daily/weekly updates to existing OLC offerings / on-location courses (speakers/images/venues/titles/descriptions etc.). • Creating banners and other images for OLC offering and course pages. • Image preparation/manipulation for the website, the weekly e-mail campaigns, social media and other advertising material. • Regular updating of the feedback sections of each OLC offering and on-location course. • Keeping list of current speakers on the website updated.
