I need to create a shortcode (or custom template) for Easy - appointments wordpress plugin Plugin documentation is here: [login to view URL] Graphics is attached. There is no need to create CSS files, all CSS styles are already in our template so you can use existing classes for buttons, icons, fonts, datepicker.. There is no need to change plugins database or anything. Our website is using "wilcity" template ([login to view URL]) Just make a shortcode alternative to [ea_bootstrap] that will look like attached graphics. Datepicker is already implemented on homepage ([login to view URL] select events tab). Each time should display number of remaining slots. Reservation fields should open in modal after clicking on "Rezervovat" button. Again just use styles of existing modal from the template. I will give you FTP and admin login as soon as you accept this job.
