The Best Guild Website Ever

I am looking for someone to create a flash website for our world of warcraft guild... I want it to be quite advanced with animation and sounds.... Similar to this website [login to view URL] but less dark and not as much emphasis on statistical data. A members only area, Guild calendar, Forum, ability for users to add pictures and video to blogs are all a must I want a kind of fantasy theme with wind chime background sounds with views of world of warcraft towns as banners accross the top of the page, and if you could create an amazing flash animated guild logo it would be amazing! I am a complete novice at this sort of thing but would still like to be able to edit the site and add and change things. Anyone who has the skills, flare and time to create this masterpiece please get in contact, rate can be discussed but bidder must be able to show work they have already completed.
