Ruby on Rails Data Platform

We need a web platform that makes use of an API for data aggregation regarding financial and company information. Another API for Analytics data will also be added. Basicly it's a website where company profiles can be added, teammembers can be connected to company profiles and listings can be matched to each other. There is a social component for sign in, sharing and matching. Needs to be professional and custom programming so no simple template with some modifications (we could do that ourselves). Platform to be developed in Ruby on Rails and to be integrated in our current Angular dashboard. No need for WordPress, Magento, Drupal or app builders etc. to place a bid. We need developers that have extensive Ruby experience.
