Requirements: 1) Replicate a website similar to [login to view URL] and bring it to life under the URL/domain [login to view URL] 2) Transfer (copy-paste) currently active 50 property listings with all images 3) Search function of properties is required using criteria similar to how one can see on [login to view URL] 4) Back-end must be easy to allow a non-technical staff maintain/revise/update all the content 5) Can be WordPress or any existing template provided by the current hosting company (see more below) 6) From design prospective Front Page should use BelizeEscape logo and branding similar to the example in the attached PDF file. Logo file is attached. Additional images can also be provided if needed. 7) SEO information can be replicated from existing pages on [login to view URL] and must be easy to maintain/update. Google Analytics account tracking needs to be added on each page 8) Main Menu categories must have an option for drop-down sub-menu for the future expansion of sub-pages under each menu categories. 9) Social links to Facebook, etc needs to be added in the footer for further expansion at a later date Timeline: No rush (you make a suggestion) Other information: - [login to view URL] is already purchased. - Current hosting services provider is [login to view URL] - Login info details, Google Analytics code, additional imagery can/will be provided upon selection of vendor as needed. - [login to view URL] is a partner organization, however no login access to their site is available as it is a separately run business. Copying of content only possible from front-end. - Personalized replies will be given preference over automatic templates bids/replies to this project.
