PSD to HTML/CSS design 1 web page

Goal of project is to design a web page with HTML and Bootstrap based on attached files. The 2 attached files represent layout at desktop and phone screen sizes. As you can see, there's a lot of repetition of same widgets in design. To make your job easier, I will supply all images and icons, which we have already from creating design. You also don’t need to worry about any functionality such as working with backend or adding database variables into code, since this will be done later by another developer. You will handle things like menus, collapse phone menu and collapse buttons. The design should be fully responsive, with good behaviour at any screen size. Any size between the 2 shown in files should also work correctly. This means a smooth transition from the desktop 3 columns design to the phone 1 column design. Code should be clean and simple and HTML must be created from scratch. Usage of HTML generators or what-you-see-is-what-you-get design software is not allowed. HTML5 semantic structure should be used wherever possible, such as <header>, <section>, <footer> tags.
