my site, [login to view URL] needs a makeover. The color scheme and layout will be EXACTLY the same as the file attached. You will not need to illustrate the character smoking the pipe. You will be building off a pre-existing script that is installed at my site www.gotax.info. All you're being hired to do is the web design and some CSS. You need some experience doing web 2.0 design (drop shadows, gradients, reflections, etc). Each day late after the 4th day will result in $3 being subtracted for that late day from your final payment. If you're too busy or unmotivated, please don't bid on this auction.
