We are seeking a Freelance UX Designer, motivated by a strong and intelligent design culture. You will enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility between our tispr community and the tispr apps and website. You will also work closely with a team of designers, developers, and researchers to create holistic experiences for mobile and web. *Portfolio required to apply.* *REQUIREMENTS* Required • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related roles • Excellent communication skills • Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skills • Deep understanding of cross-platform design (web) and familiarity with respective design patterns • Strong time management skills and be self-directed when necessary • Ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions *Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Abstract and the like is a must.* All additional info can be provided during fast voice interview
