Need a software platform designed like [login to view URL] it's an auction bidding site. Need ecommerce, real time comments, real time bids, count down timer, user accounts, etc. Needs to be very smooth and fast system that is easily scalable. Admin need ability to modify all listings and profile accounts. Admin and only approved vendors can submit items to be bidded on. Needs to be 100% clean and documented code. All qa testing mist be completed before we take delivery.
