Finish Building Website

Finishing building website Need a good service provider to finish a website for us. The basic layout is already done but you need to build the page structure, insert provided content, figure out the menu system (drop downs - files supplied), and code a rotating header. About 25 pages in total. Half of those are on an almost identical "sister-website" where you will need to change a few colors around - not too hard for someone that has done it in the past. The drop down menus are based off css only adxm menu code. They are very easy to modify. I have the menus being called as a php include so once they are finished they will work on every page without any copy and pasting. I was also planing to make the headers and footers includes. Turnaround should be within a few days, providers with a strong portfolio and good feedback only please.
