Simple BMI calculator for Wordpress Tenty Twelve

I would like to have 2 BMI calculators (one for children and one for grown ups). The BMI calculator may be based on wordpress BMI calculator that I allready use: [login to view URL] But than with extra funtionalities Funtionalities: Obligatory fill in: length, age, gender, Optional fill in: Name and Email adress It calculates your BMI based on tlength age and gender It calculates what your ideal weight would be according to BMI It calculates what the difference is between your ideal weight and your current weight It gives you advise what to do with the outcome (i will provide this tekst) When Email and Name are filled in we will send automatically advise to Email adress. Email and name should be put in databse for newsletter purposes The BMI calculator is the first thing visitors see on the site and will be placed in the sites content area and has to look well on different screen sizes and browsers on mac, pc and mobile devices.
