website template, including logo

This site needs to be responsive and use html5 and css 3 strictly. the project includes the logo as well as the template. some of the elements can only be designed using css only no design work, for example i will not accept the contact or regiteration forms if the are designed on photoshop, they need to be strictly css. based forms. the comments section is only shown when a user clicks on a hsow commetns button, and the user should also be able to hide the commetns. Also something not mentioned is the fact that clicking on a tag in the search tags page should dynamically display related results on the lft. I will give you the mock-ups you have placed a bid or commented on the project. there is 7 pages to the site. I will not be paying more than 60$, so please do not bid higher than that.
