Joomla/Virtuemart upgrade/redesign existing OSCommerce/HTML

Current Site: ----------------- Currently I have an existing site (HTML based with OSCommerce) that needs migration into Joomla and Virtuemart with new design and structure. I am happy to work from a temaplate that I like but would need customization to suit. Current payment gateway is eWay (live credit card processing at time of checkout) and Paypal. Current Shipping – Australia Post and Fastway Couriers (Fastway is hidden from Retail customers) Customer groups are - Retail/Wholesale/Distribution SHOPPING CART - Virtuemart : Under a new domain name. --------------- Installation and setup of Virtuemart to work with new product catalog. RETAIL ORDERING: --Ability for retail customers to sign up/login make an online purchase --Must be able to automatically (and securely) charge cards through website at the time of purchase – existing eWay and SSL migration --Automatically create PDF invoice with each order --Automatically email store owner when an order has been made --Automatically email customer when an order has been placed along with a copy of their PDF invoice -- Invoice to be in PDF format and customized with payment instructions --Saasu connector – Automatically feed all sales, inventory and customer information to Saasu --Option to enter a coupon code during checkout (retail only) that will apply to the order Subtotal --GST – Apply 10% GST to all Australian orders. All non-Australian sales to be GST free. - Hidden products – some products not available for retail customers. -- Shipping options – Australia Post for retail only. --Australia Post - automatic/accurate shipping quotes based on quantity and postcode (based on weights and dimensions of our products/packaging) and ability to add/configure a handling fee. Live information from Australia Post to ensure updated quotes when pricing changes from Aus Post. - Ability to offer and run special campaigns. - Other customers bought these products function (related products function) – display similar/related products at checkout as upsell. --Include reporting ability on customers, sales, products. WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTION ORDERING --Pricing will be different for these customers (retail customers should NOT see these prices) - Hidden products – some products not available for wholesale customers. --Ability for wholesale customers to log in and place their orders - same functionality as Retail but present 2 shipping options; 1) Australia Post 2) Fastway (need Fastway courier module) (Fastway not available to retail customers) CMS - JOOMLA – - Happy to work from template - Full CMS ability - Customization to suit existing colour scheme and site look and feel. - Functions to include; sign up/log in, Newsletter/Latest News, Email marketing, photos, video of products, Specials, contact form, directory of retailers/distributors (clickable from map of Australia). - SEO/Content Stats; ranks, seo/metadata, analytics, performance, traffic, visitors, title manager, Google and search engine optimized. SAASU - Feed to Accounting Software Connector to Saasu (Australian online accounting software) Feeds sales, customer and inventory info to Saasu account. MIGRATION Current customer base in OSCommerce to be migrated into new system. Ensure old site is pointing/migrated to new domain name.
