Create PSD from a website example and convert to full HTML (slicing)

Hello freelancers, I have a project in which i hope you can complete in a few days' time. All I need is for you to design a website based on the template from: h t tp ://[login to view URL] Then convert it to full HTML for me so that I can make editing in the future. To be awarded with this project, please : 1. Provide at least 3 samples of your previous work. 2. must have ability to make this compatible with 3 common browsers (ff, IE , chrome). 3. must be able to make amendments until I'm at satisfied, but of course I'll be reasonable.
