Small web site for House Designs and Plans

We are wanting to develop a friendly professional look for a designer who would like to sell house plans on the web. There are approx 20 designs that he would like to sell. We want to be able to show one or more thumbnails of each design, then, when the thumbnails are clicked, a larger preview is shown in a window within the page that can be closed and the underlying page reactivated. Once a user has decided to purchase one or more plans we would like a simple Paypal transaction to occur. After the Paypal transaction has taken place we will need an email message sent to us that informs us that copies of the design have to be sent out. The site design should be friendly, fresh, and professional for an American audience. We use [login to view URL] hosting service and therefore can use any of their ecommerce options (osCommerce, ZenCart, Cube Cart), or Joomla. Please do not send ZIP files of your sample work, only send direct links to sites you would like for us to see.
