Joomla site upgrade and proper install of template

I have an existing site that is version 1.5.2. I need this upgraded to 1.7 as the template I've bought isn't working correctly. Also need the template to be working as it should to show the newslider on the home page (template is You Studio from You Joomla) Also need a good image gallery for the site as it needs to display beautiful photos of jewellery. I'm a member of You Joomla and they have a good one so may use that, I just need someone to set it up. Also need blogging functionality from Joomla added to a menu item. Will take suggestions as to which one is best. Add facebook like and send links to home page. Also work on the seo of the site to increase traffic.
