Magento Website Redesign

We are getting ready to redesign our website [login to view URL] and we are looking for the best partner to help us with this project. Our main focus will be improving user experience and navigation to increase sales. SEO is very important to us. We want to make sure the redesign does not negatively affect our search rankings and offers new ways for us to improve SEO. This website is on a multi-store Magento setup with www.colsafety.com. We need someone who can make recommendations about the design and offer advice on best practices for SEO. Please see design requirements below or download the attachment. We would prefer an itemized quote for each item so that we can decide which ones to move forward with. Thank you! Design Requirements 1. Design facelift – We want a new look but we want to maintain our style (grungy, manly, red/black/grey) 2. Improve homepage navigation by moving categories to top. The gray "TOWER CLIMBING EQUIPMENT" box would be a featured button of some sort with a drop down menu linking to specific tower climbing pages like harnesses, lanyards, ect. The other links would have drop down menus similar to [login to view URL] that list all subcategories (VIEW ATTACHMENT FOR GRAPHIC) *This graphic is for placement only – not how we want it to look 3. Social media buttons would move to bottom so that checkout info can go in right corner 4. More prominent live chat – would like to have a tab on side or bottom of page that offers live chat as well similar to [login to view URL] 5. More “Call-to-Action” blocks on homepage, more opportunity for user engagement on homepage. What are the best features to have (featured products, brands, text, ect)? a. Same/similar product pages as Columbia Safety [login to view URL] (can use all of the same functionality) 9. Add Others Also Viewed to bottom of product pages 10. Better shopping cart with one page checkout 11. Better product tiles (could be same/similar to Columbia Safety) 12. Better landing/category pages with more call-to-action opportunities 13. Info page links, social media, and newsletter sign up at bottom of page similar to Columbia Safety. Functionality Requirements 1. Host MailChimp archive on our server [login to view URL] 2. Allow customers to login and view custom pricing and possibly custom product selection (items they normally order) Does Magento already have this function or what would you recommend? 3. Ability to host videos on our server and post them on product pages. We want the video to be easily shared so that we get the link credit. 6.
