WebSphere 6.1 - Redesign website and intranet with CMS !Urgent!

We need ASAP a Designer/Programmer with experience with IBM WebSphere 6.1 environment to create a corporate website and intranet to implement information, transaction and other items based on a CMS environment to update the actual site and manage and create contents easily; it must include at least 3 graphic proposals of the new interface of the web and intranet (including sections), an online press room that people can see documents, pictures, video and monitoring media, it must include social networking to see the new publications added on social networks (facebook, twitter, youtube, Blaving) and their respective hyperlinks; it must include a Media Gallery who supports pictures, video and audio, a Sitemap,a banner system (must support flash, jpeg, png and gif banners in different sizes), the CMS interface to admin and manage contents BUT, it has to use multiple users for each section (each user can manage one, 2 or more section but the admin account must give the area to edit permission to edit the contents of specific-section to the users), must include the use of leitmotiv (a soundmark), it has to be cross-plattform (readable on PC, MAC, Linux, Ios, Android, Tablets and cellphones), a searchbar, RSS, and mechanisms to people can communicate with the site (chat, polls, forums, calendars and visitors counter) ti has to be multi languaje selectable (support for english/spanish/french), includes a childs section for giving info, and a statistics and analisys of the website (including google analytics), and finally it must include a video teaching the use of the CMS admin panel to add contents for giving it to the users who add new contents to the website. The intranet has to be coherent with the website (speaking of design and content management system of course) The proposal must incluse exact time of developing, and implementation on the server. because the old contents of the actual site must be migrated into the new website; and tell us if u can do the migration to the new website and intranet remotely. also, we need a work chronogram to be aware of the development of this job. We reside in Colombia so we need to contact and have virtual meetings in our offices time via chat or videochat to stay up to date of the progress of the proyect.
