Need a JPG/PDF(Photoshop) Landing Page Designed

I need a JPG or preferrably PDF for adobe photoshop landing page designed that I am going to insert into my HTML website for my paydayloan company. You must have excellent graphic design skills and experience in designing a landing page that converts.
