Personal Budget Website Design

I am looing for someone who will work on a website design project. This is a three page site with a simple database requirement. The site will be a personal budget website that displays a list of expenses and shows the total. 1. Main Page - Displays a short text narrative followed by a list of categories and a dollar amount next to each category. The main page shows the date of the last update. 2. Admin Page - This page allows the use to update the list of categories both add and delete and change the short narrative. 3. Update Page - Allows users to input dollar values for each category and the date of the update. The date should not be automatically udated but should be manually entered. The data that is entered should be stored in some sort of file for future use. I would expect some sort of design for the main page. The admin and update pages can be simple text pages.
