Landing Page Design and Programming

Hello Experts, We need to design and program a landing page for a Google AdWords Campaing. Some requirements are: •The landing page will be used to create a Leads Database for a marketing campaing. •Must have a submit form. •When people complete the form, they will automatically receive a Coupon via E-mail. •The E-Mail must have a fully customized message that grabs the information the user just submitted. •When the person completes the form, he must be moved to another page that functions as a Thank You page that lasts for about 30 seconds, then moved to another URL in the same domain. •The look and feel must be similar to the Official Site: [login to view URL] •The landing page will be in a subfolder of: [login to view URL] oSo we need to know what you need from the webmaster to proceed. •Must have great Call-To-Actions Buttons. •The landing page must be SEO Friendly. •The landing page will be in Spanish. •The Landing page must have sharing features. •The page must have links to the Official Site: [login to view URL] •The links must be nice images, not plain text.
