10088 ad box for text links

I need a simple box that I can place on any pages on my site, that will display a text link (ad) along with a brief description of the advertiser. I need the link to rotate, as I will have anywhere from 20 to 40 different links to display. So each time the page is accessed, or refreshed, it should display a different text ad in the box. There should be a simple admin area where I can change the description or link, as well as ad new links or take some away. I will provide an example via the private message if interested.
