Scrape a website - Involves Captcha bypass

I have a website that i need to scrape information from. URL will be shown to serious bidders. its quite a simple process, Input numbers from a txt file, save number and result to txt or csv. there are only around 5 different result types (i.e found, not found, error, try agian..) ideally written in python. it will require phantomjs / selenium etc it will need to bypass a captcha form (this will be the difficult part) i understand not every captcha will work, but i would still ideally like a good %, it can always loop the failed and try again as you get 3 attempts before you have to close the browser. due to the volume of checks we need to perform we are not interested in a ppcatcha like deathbycaptcha as this masively increases the cost. the script needs to be threaded so we can make it run faster. please only bid if you think you can overcome the captcha without a paid method. many Thanks
