sign-ups wanted for biz-opp site

I want at least 1,000 signups to my business opportunity website. Must be valid signups that enter their info into a short lead capture form (Name, email , phone). I will pay 5-10 cents per real, "valid" sign up. If winning bidder provides good and true services then I will want 10,000 more sign ups. Please bid ONLY if you can post me "proof" that you have already done this type of work and how many you have done which I will review. **Will pay every 15 days. Will give preference to bidders that can accept monthly payment.
