Internet research, reporting and web promotion

Hello, I am looking for someone to initially perform around 2 to 4 hours work, if all goes well, then I would like to look at a more regular and permenant relationship. This project is fairly straight forward, I am looking for someone to do some internet research and then produce a report for me. The internet research will be performed using various tools which I will provide. Full instructions will be provided. I am looking for someone who has the following skills set 1. Good general computer skills 2. Know how to surf and use internet explorer 3. Can use MS excel and MS Word 4. Blog posting and understanding of wordpress 5. Good spoken English as may need to write posts. 6. Hard working and flexible 7. Able to deliver on time 8. Able to work on their own without to much instruction 9. General awareness of SEO and linking would be useful but not essential. The person will need the following 1. Fast internet access 2. Access to skype so that we can communicate 3. Access to MS Excel and MS word I will be providing you an excel template which I would like you to fill and report to me on a regular basis. Exact instructions on what is required will be provided to the winner. I am looking at low cost here as the tasks are fairly straight forward, so please take this into consideration when bidding.
