Create a GUI windows application using Visual Studio C++

I need a graphical user interface, windows application for a C++? program that allows a user to create a bank account and deposit, withdraw and transfer money into that account. I am pretty familiar with dos coding, but have no clue how to transfer code into windows using Visual Studio.
