Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to help me buy houses at the internet. -- 2

This Job is to help me out in finding real estate deals on the internet. It is a ongoing job. The freelancer will do internet research to find potential deals in places like zillow, realtytrac, craigslist, etc then will send me the potential deals, the deals will be analyzed by the freelancer using my secret excel file that will also put together the offer and send it automatically. The freelancer will call back on the property seller to have them sign the offer document, in order to close the deal. The freelancer will talk to the sellers on the phone, send them my offer via e-mail and call them to follow up on closing the deal. The freelancer need to have good phone and good internet connection. All conversations have to be recorded and sent to me. Everything will be handled via my portal [login to view URL] this portal will send e-mail instructions on how to proceed with searching for this deals. My only area of interest is in the area in the Tampa Bay Area in Florida. More details will be sent per e-mail with job instructions. I will pay $1,000.00 or more for each property that we close on. I will make 1 milestone with the payment of $ 1,000.00 here at freelancer.com at a time and success is considered each time I buy a property, meaning milestone of $ 1,000.00 is released each time the company closes on a property.
