25 hour weeks, Virtual Aassistant agency needed for UK hours, mailchimp, surveymonkey, MS excel, email management

An opportunity has come up to provide VA services to our company. We are a recruitment consultancy dedicated exclusively to the digital events industry, and we seek to grow and expand on our services. We recruit contractors and full-time staff for clients in EMEA, NA and APAC regions with plans to capture more of this market share in these locations. Our experience sees us provide services to the high-end platforms and resellers, meaning we need a VA team to help us consistently provide services to our managers and recruiters. We seek to hire the services of a Virtual Assistant Agency. We will not work with individual VAs but agencies only, the idea being that your agency will train and manage teams of people who can provide these services as below. This should allow you to provide a consistent service regardless of illnesses, vacations, power cuts or similar issues that can affect one man Vas and their ability to serve us. This strategy has served us well in the past, and we want to reintroduce it. Services that we require are admin services only- not recruiting services. We are looking for people to join the team who can cover Be available between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday GMT, for a total typically of 25 hours a week. This may increase as we get busier. You will have experience with MailChimp, SurveyMonkey, Gmail, MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn, and social media management. Experience with social media marketing, especially using SocailPilot is preferred but not essential. You must understand English to a high level, able to read and understand this brief in full and to question anything you do not understand, engaging in conversation/email with us. You may also need experience with VPNs to ensure you can access and use LinkedIN and similar logging in my account. We will train you what we need you to do by discussing on Zoom and WhatsApp, and also producing narrated screenshare videos for each task to break each one down. This has come up as a new requirement for us following sporadic availability from a solo VA, hence we want to return to working with VA agencies.
