Video presentation software

I want to build my video presentations for my stores. I want to combine the attributes of MS PowerPoint, Camtaisa 8 and Adobe Photoshop. The main idea of all this is to take the best of the three, make it one program and be easy to use and teach the non techy how to produce the end product I want the MS PowerPoint style slides so that I can drag an image onto, resize the image, color correct the image (brightness/contrast, color filters) add text and many of the attributes of Photoshop or Gimp and PowerPoint together. Then be able to add videos using a Camtasia 8 style editor, edit the videos and add call outs, zoom and pan, some basic transitions and captions and then produce an 1080 mp4. We don't have much need for audio, but add that feature also... I want all this to be in ONE program. The reason is time. We use Photoshop, PowerPoint and then Camtasia to do it now, it takes way too much time and skilled operators. I want to be able to bring in an employee and have them proficiently using this program in a few hours.
