POSTMAN API consume/use and convert to .net Vb (Visual Studio 2019) using framework 2.00

We need a coder who in knowledgeable in REST API’s and having some experience in testing using POSTMAN. The coder must detail use of the API in a sample program (well documented). How it works Client (merchant rep system) accesses the connector via a REST Endpoint (http://localhost:9111/api/requests) and passes an object with the following fields:- String saleAmount; String cashBack; String posUser; String tenderType; String currency; String transactionId; The sample values for the request object are as follows:- {"saleAmount":"2000","cashBack":"800","posUser":"John","tenderType":"SWIPE", "currency": "RTGS", "transactionId":"0001"} NB: Amount is in cents After the transaction completes, the endpoint returns a String response as follows:- { "code": "00", "description": "Transaction Approved", "pan": "505997*****8105", "transactionId": "001" } I need a .net vb program that can use the above POSMAN API and generate just one form with buttons POST and RESPONSE.
