Create a windows based app that extract the information from the PDF image format and convert to a specified text file. Format of the text file output will be provided. Steps of extraction: 1. The app will monitor a specified folder on a specified interval (ex: per hr/day/week) 2. If PDF file is detected on the folder, the app will extract information from the PDF image file and save to a text file to a specified folder. 3. Move the extracted PDF file to archive directory.
