Developer needed to create 3D scene sandbox website for augmented reality app

About us: I am developing an augmented reality app using the Vuforia extension in Unity. The app will be deployed to iOS & Android. What we're looking for: An experienced full stack developer to help kick-start an end user augmented reality scene sandbox. The idea is for the customer to build their augmented reality scene on top of their image target. The backend will then generate a Unity asset bundle which will be used in the Vuforia cloud recognition on the app. Looking for estimates and feedback for possibilities on the feasibility of this part of the project. Timeline and pricing are negotiable.
