I have been experiencing the following server 500 error. Apache/2.4.16 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at ****** Port 443. This error is intermittent and seems to happen when there is a lot of traffic. I would like someone to check the error logs and find the reason for this error and apply any needed configurations or fixes to the server.
