Our client needs a youtube video captions translated to all languages. The video is 54 minutes long, and is available on youtube at [login to view URL] Once approved, you can go to the video link, click on settings and then start adding the captions for the language of your expertise. To make this process easier, you can start from the automatically generated translations from youtube and make your edits on it. The selection process: It's important to our client that the translation is faithful to his content, in order to verify that you fully understand the content, you need to watch the video and send in the 3 main take-aways. For each language, two people will be selected, one to translate and one to review. The translator can be a beginner or intermediate, the reviewer should be an expert. We estimate the translation process to take between 2 to 4 hours, and the review to take between 1 to 2 hours. Feel free to send in your time estimate and specify if you would like either to translate or review.

Hey! I can accurately translate English to Brazilian Portuguese (and vice versa), the most spoken Portuguese variant in the world. I'm a native Portuguese speaker, and I've been proficient in English for many years now. In my translations I also take into consideration the correct parallelism between slangs and jargons of one country and the other I'm translating to. A lot of people translate the text word by word without taking into account the true meaning behind the words and terms being used in a particular regional expression. I always make sure I translate such slangs in a way that makes sense in the translated language while keeping both original meaning and tone.
