Design is done. Only need to convert Poly to NURB. You can use your policy to convert it to nurb. Only I need to put that in cnc machine. Also need to make inner surface with 1.3mm thickness. Product height will be 245mm. Then length and width will come proportionally. This is high poly model. I am not getting low poly model with such high detail. So you have to use high poly conversion. It might be possible by solidworks scan to 3D add-on in that case result will be like 1.jpg. But it's OK.
