Entertainment Flight Simulator Console with throttles (FSX, P3D, Prepar3D, X-Plane)

For me this is a life's project. I am doing this more for the passion than anything else. I need assistance for someone to help me design and build a prototype of a flight simulator console that will assist with throttles, buttons being pushed and an ipad holder. The console will have multiple uses so we need to design it to be flexible but also aesthetically pleasing and somewhat realistic looking. The console needs to be smart and this means also using what most people might already have e.g. a tablet for a second screen that can run apps for the simulator to feed information to the user. Also I will need to CNC parts with acrylic and will initially self assemble the consoles. So I need help with the drawings to broken down so the CNC machine can cut the pieces. Right now I am open to prices that exceed the budget however I would prefer someone with an aviation background or passion as it will be most likely easier to communicate. I have attached an image of my initial design but I will need to make a lot of changes and break it down so I can built it. I would be a big help if you have FSX or Prepar3d, have coding experinece is a big plus as well. PM me if you are interested but need more information
