Hi, Without having seen the structure that requires refurbishment/upliftment. I will look to give the facade a contemporary feel with clean lines, structure and legibility - and depending on the brief - even a bit of colour. The orientation of the facades may also require that there be a climatic response to the elevations which might dictate the aesthetic. I am an expert in both AutoCad and SketchUp using the rendering plugin SU Podium for the visualisation of the facades. I have been using both AutoCad and SketchUp for the last 9 years.
