I work with 3ds max perfectly and this kind of work will not give me a problem :) Additionally i can optimize this models for VR/AR/Game in this price.

For the exterior look you pick for an example, the autocad file will be needed.. i ll use unreal engine for realistic renders. If youre interested i can provide you some sample project files
