We recently made a similar animation scene of exploding a human skull and are well aware of scattering the pieces due to impact. We used photoshop for designing and after affects for animation. The skull was duplicated and different pieces were created using masked tool and then they were manually given the projectile in 3D co-ordinate. Then using particle world preset available in After Effects, the smaller chunks were given their motions. We can easily do it! Thanks in advance Price negotiable Please inbox.
