Create an Animation

Need a rotoscope animation for a video we are producing. I attached a Florida Traffic Crash Report for your review. Keep in mind that the diagram on the report is upside down and one of the arrows depicting One Way is wrong). Also attached a text document that includes Google Maps link to intersection. Defendant was going south, the wrong way down a service road, parallel and on the west side of Southside Boulevard, and he drove south across Old Baymeadows Road, which only runs east and west. He drove straight in front of our client and she t-boned him. We are looking for overhead view only with possible shadowing of what defendant testified in his deposition. (says he was in proper lane) Please color Vehicle 1 (V1) 2011 Jeep Patriot in maroon. And Vehicle 2 (V2) 2004 Acura MDX in black. The Plaintiff driving V2 (who was coming from strip mall east of Southside Blvd, across intersection and going west on Old Baymeadows Rd. We need the V1 Defendant’s car going south on Southside Blvd service road in wrong lane. Traffic report is not comprehensive so if you have questions, let me know. *Budget for this project is $250.*
