I have been working as an appointment setter for different campaigns and accounts that includes medical, insurance, digital marketing and very recently for real estate. I would say that I enjoy talking to people and conversing with them since I worked in a call center for several years for U.S. Telco account. I handled inbound and outbound calling. Customer support is actually my forte but having experiences in telemarketing and appointment setting gives a great boost to improve more of my potential.
