I have worked on calling project but not as tele-call it was a client call or meeting, training etc, as I have worked with medical billing industry where my client was from U.S. So I do not have a direct experience of tele-call but as I spent almost 3-4 hours on offshore calls you can count it.
About me,
I have around 13 years of experience working in Medical billing, Non-Financial Institutional services and Real Estate Industries, which includes,
Data entry & Data formatting using word, excel and power point
General excel reports using formulas and pivot table, Flow charts.
Strong web research and entering information into word, excel and google documents (as per requirement).
Data entry on web base applications such as presto shop, word press, CRM.
Admin task such as emailing, client calling, downloading and uploading of documents etc.
Day to day office admin experience.
