worked for Sitel India previously know as (CLI3L a concern of ITS India LTD) for the British Telecom ISP. The second employment was with Dell International services for technical support for laptop and desktop user in UK and USA.
while in Dell,the company acquired it first 3rd party helpdesk service for AXA Group(insurance,Sunlife and techsupport) in UK.
Since i was well versed with web based programming, designed a knowledge for the agent to log calls to the respective re<b><i>Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for breaching our Terms and Conditions</i></b> group which in turn helped the company to meet the target of resolving the incident the user calls for well within the SLA. The incident management portfolio was entrusted on me.

The last employment was with HSBC data processing center for telephone banking for customers in UK.
HAd to quit the Job after my fathers demise in 2009.
Right now we are doing telemarketing calls for a private bank in my home town and have 5 good and confident english speaking executive and looking forward to increase the head count.
