Hello, This is Nick with Ideas Unlimited (a US based outsourcing company). We are looking to collaborate (business partnership) with a small call center who have just started or looking to start but have the insfructure in place. We will basically provide you the projects and handle the marketing costs of the projects. All the billing from the client will go through us and then to you so no client will be direct with you as far as the billing is concerned. In other words we will pay you. You will have to bring in telemarketing and customer support agents who can speak English and Spanish or any other language fluently. We have many telemarketing and customer support projects and would like a small call center to take over those. We are currently paying around $3-4 per hour per agent plus commission. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE A BIG CALL CENTER. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR AGENTS CAN"T SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY. It will be a waste of our time as I am only looking for fluent English speaking agents. Most of the projects we have are customer support related so experience is a plus as well. Hi My name is biju from INDIA. I do have call center and technical helpdesk experience for more than 5 yrs. worked for Sitel India previously know as (CLI3L a concern of ITS India LTD) for the British Telecom ISP. The second employment was with Dell International services for technical support for laptop and desktop user in UK and USA. while in Dell,the company acquired it first 3rd party helpdesk service for AXA Group(insurance,Sunlife and techsupport) in UK. Since i was well versed with web based programming, designed a knowledge for the agent to log calls to the respective reRemoved by Freelancer.com Admin for breaching our Terms and Conditions group which in turn helped the company to meet the target of resolving the incident the user calls for well within the SLA. The incident management portfolio was entrusted on me. Since this was achieved, was honoured by the company and also received appreciating mail from the vendor and different reRemoved by Freelancer.com Admin for breaching our Terms and Conditions group. The last employment was with HSBC data processing center for telephone banking for customers in UK. HAd to quit the Job after my fathers demise in 2009. Right now we are doing telemarketing calls for a private bank in my home town and have 5 good and confident english speaking executive and looking forward to increase the head count.
