Write a Technical Report

Hello. My small, US-based Software Firm has been hired for our first 'Enterprise-level' software contract and we are seeking a CMM-level 3 or higher development firm to own this project and help us analyze, design, deploy and launch it to the market. The venture is related to automobiles, car showrooms and auctions. We want to first create Software documentation and MS Project scheduling for this 4-6 month effort to launch our platform. I myself have a B.S. in Computer Science and 15 years experience; but in the past focused on mainly small-to-medium size businesses. Much of this assignment I maybe able to deliver myself; however, the hours needed and effort required is overload for me. Here are the main areas I'm responsible for: 1. Web Application Development 2. Mobile Application Development 3. Research & Implementation of several Integrations 4. Project Scheduling / MS Project / Documentation 5. Digital Marketing Phase 1 (this freelancer project) will be for #3 and #4 above. 1. Object-orientated Analysis (use cases, alternative use cases, flow diagrams, etc) 2. Object-orientated Design 3. MS Project file creation / full planning 4. Testing Plan 5. Deployment Plan 6. Minutes of the Meeting 7. Feasibility Research / Costing So, actually there is NO DEVELOPMENT YET, JUST SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE DOCUMENTATION AND PLANNING. Development won't actually begin until next phase (I will make a separate freelancer project post). For phase 2 - we may engage with your firm; but may also have additional quotations and interviews. Delivery of the aforesaid deliverables should be no later than 6/1/2017. After first submission; we may ask for additional revisions and/or commitment. Attached is one example of standardized documentation I saved from my college days. This is just for reference. Please review and confirm your team can provide docs such as this.
