Exchange Server in existing Windows 2008 R2 (Active Directory /Domain) Vers.2.0

1. Introduction: We have an existing Domain network with our PDC (Primary Domain Controller - on Windows 2008 R2 Server x64) ... And right now we have around 50x PC/Users that are using Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013 (Professional & Home and Business Edition x32 & x64 bit). Also, all users and emails accounts are right now hosted on some kind of Services Provider and Exchange Server web site called OVH (check on the site: [login to view URL]) 2. What we want: - Right now ... all internal emails messaging traffic had to go through our Internet connexion (ISP) and then continue to the Exchange Server on OVH and then come back. This creates too much network and bandwidth traffic on our limited and expensive Internet connexion. That's why we decided to purchase another piece of Hardware and make it has our server to use it as our Exchange Server in our LAN to eliminate all the internal emails traffic between users that don't need to get out on the Internet and that are using too much bandwidth. - Because of the cost of licensing and that Microsoft had decided that we pay now every year instead of one time only !!! ... This is annoying and we don't like this idea with the latest version of Microsoft Exchange server ... Also, you don't have the possibility to have unlimited users accounts. You have to pay for each users a license. We prefer to buy an earlier version of Exchange Server (Example: vers. 2010 or else) but we have to make sure that it will be compatible with our 50x PC/Users on Outlook 2010/2013 and that can continue to work in a near futures. - Disk usage... We have couples users who send/receive around 300x mails / per day .. So their disk space on their computer get full pretty fast in a time period during the year. So we would like to have an Exchange Server with pretty good space of HDD, like that we should be good for a couples years. - For Backup/Restore solution we are using Accronis Backup/Restore Advanced Server ver. 11... So we would like to be able to make some backup of that Exchange Server in case of disaster recovery. And because it will be on SQL database I guess. Accronis can backup& Restore Exchange servers (with SQL). - We would like also to make couples settings in that Exchange server .. for example: - Prioritize the process of bosses’ emails. - In Outlook, there is a nice feature that in case you lose connectivity to the network. All Emails in Inbox/Sent box and all folders disappear until you are back connected on the network (Online/Cache mode).... I guess the emails exist on the exchange server and the Outlook on the PC/ Users are just the interface to access the users emails. We would like to intergrade that on all PC/Users in our network. - It will be nice if the freelancer can be bi-lingual but it's not a must have ... Because the users and client are French speaking people and the Microsoft Office installation environment is in French version. The Freelancer don't need to worry ... he can work with our Team that is 100% bi-lingual (French/English). For now, this will be pretty much the all idea.
