Morning, The reason for that is because Vapor Swift Server DOES NOT recommend to use a SSL Cert directly in Vapor, check their docs, it's as simple as that. The only thing we have and SHOULD do is install Apache or Nginx and create a proxy that will send the traffic they receive straight to Vapor. Doing so, we can then add SSL Support to Nginx or Apache and voila, your clients will able to connect to your server through HTTPS and the traffic will be sent locally to Vapor and everything will be 100% secure. Source: Vapor Docs, I don't come up with this stuff myself. I've done this before and I succeeded, allow me to set this up for you once and for all. Thanks for reading.
