Build deep learning model $50

I have an excel spreadsheet containing prediction and historical data for which I want created a deep learning model using tensorflow (unless you convince me a different deep learning program is better for my scenario) to analyze the likelihood the current prediction for next day will be correct based on past prediction accuracy and other related data (it will need to take into account any breaks where data was not available on a day and how to proceed in that scenario correctly, for ex., a past prediction on a Monday for Tuesday should be ignored when Tuesday information was not available). If possible, I would like it to also improve each day by storing conclusion and method it took each previous day as an additional input to use in helping it assess accuracy for following days. Bottom line is I want to be able to improve the predictive accuracy dramatically as I think is possible, and then be able to further improve as it is run each time based on its past experience. I want a program I can use (with no programming knowledge) by myself going forward on my own virtual machine in Windows. Including as many fields on the page I will use as interface as possible that will allow me to modify parameters would be great to allow me to run different scenarios on my own. I will require assistance installing any necessary programs (please create so I can use with programs available for free) and guidance in how to use what you create for the first time. It should be very simple from my perspective. Thanks.
