Very interesting and fair proposal, I'm a Sql Server Administrator since 2008, nine years and counting, working as Dba, writing querys or tuning database architecture, it is my daily routine that have served to me to accumulate a lot of expertise using Microsoft Techniques or other techniques to improve, enhance, monitor, assess and recommend changes in infrastructure or simply documenting the architecture, I can use free tools also that could help us to get a better comprenhension of SQL Server.
