Would like a complete statistical analysis completed on my dataset using SPSS. I have 20 control and 20 disease individuals and plasma levels of approx 30 fatty acids for each quantified. Also have other covariate data such as cognition scores, brain volumes and imaging. Would like to analyse if any fatty acids individuals or groups (medium vs long chain fatty acids, saturated vs unsaturated fatty acids) correlate or predict disease status or other covariates.
