After School Hockey/Floorball Coaches and Assistant Coaches

Euro School of Sports is currently looking for Hockey/Floorball coaches. 1-3 years of successful recruiting and coaching experience, preferably at the Division I level. Responsibilities: Motivate and lead student-athletes toward athletic and academic success. Manage administrative tasks related to college level team sports. Ability to assist the Head Coach with personnel matters including hiring and supervision of undergraduate/graduate interns and volunteers. Ability to assist with budgeting, scheduling, event planning, recruiting and coaching, scouting; purchasing and caring for equipment. Ability to implement policies and guidelines for all field hockey personnel and student-athletes. Knowledge of effective coaching techniques and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work environment. Must be attentive to details. Ability to lead and work independently as well as within a team environment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, and students. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preference: Master's Degree. Division 1 coaching and recruiting experience. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license.
